Unbelievable people! I searched for a florist in Blouberg to send to my child for her birthday and these guys sent her the most beautiful flowers in a glass vase with her favorite chocolates AND they did it al without me even paying them!... and said to me not to worry we've got it! Where do you get such people??? Absolutely wow and service otientated!!! LOVELY people! They are flowers of the world themselves! I definitely recommend Andre and his team. Dont even look further xxx

Ordered two flower arrangements 5 days before Valentines day. Paid extra for pick up in the morning. They never even started to make up the flowers, not even the flowers I paid for..even worse. They love to take your money, but do not deliver. Sad in this day and age. Do NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.

I called them out of the blue at 2:30pm on a Friday and asked them to deliver to my friend that day - AND THEY DID!! Not only did they make me look like a thoughtful, prescient superwoman but the bouquet itself was exquisite! They sent me photos and so did my friend when they it was delivered an hour later I must add - they did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough. Love you guys!

I never do this but it is my first time coming to the shop. I was not greeted, I greeted who was in the shop. It is 10h40 & I need to come back at 13h30 for the flowers. Unfortunately I cannot. I was speechless. They were not accommodating. They had too much to do. I just left. Really sad for me because everyone speaks highly of this florist.

I made an online request on 24th June, there was no communication at all from them, no confirmation nothing, even called and no one answered. So I left it at that and ordered from netflorst. Now 2 weeks later they sent me an invoice says its delivered, price is r300 more than website stated. Now I got to ask the receivers they got one or two delivery? Save yourselves some embarrassment and don't order here. Reply to the owner, only last night was the first time you ever contacted me, I don't even know if you received my order? What the prices were before delivery at all? Invoice?Any proof you contacted me at all? Your website dont even have a order received email? I don't even know you delivered, how could I know that? What personal gain do I get for ordering twice of the same thing?

I am a customer from the UK, who has just had a floral bouquet and wine hamper delivered, to my daughter and fiance in Blouberg. The customer service was fantastic and I can highly recommend this wonderful florist. My daughter is thrilled with her beautiful flower arrangement and the wine chosen was excellent. Must share..so I phone way across country to order flowers for a virtual dinner date to be delivered at my beautiful date's door step, awkwardly asking the super friendly and professional André to obtain the delivery address on my behalf without sounding like a desperate stalker. No problem.Although I was desperate, as my request was on very short notice before closing time Without any hesitation, I was provided with great service and and absolute artistic arrangement delivered ahead of time more beautiful than advertised.
