I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel with a European touch that left a lasting impression on us. Situated in a beautiful location, this hotel managed to combine elegance, comfort, and sophistication flawlessly. Conveniently located shuttle service within a 5km radius, was useful. I could find a hairdryer or shower cap. A little biscuit with the coffee/tea station would be a nice treat .. unfortunately not there. Good small meeting conference venue and pleasant surroundingsRooms: 3/5
Convenient hotel. My room didn't have a fridge apon check-in. The safety box was also not working. Both of the issues were resolved the following day. Rooms are neat and spacious.
I attended a symposium...Leaner,s pregnancy in education. Unfortunately the venue organised was very small,it couldn't accommodate all delegates,food wasn't sufficient and there was no adequate parking for all the cars which were there...the management clearly took a business with the organisers when they didn't have the capacity to cater for it...
We booked 2 rooms directly with the hotel and when I paid I realised that the desk price was twice as expensive as the Booking offer. I spoke to the hotel about it and have not heard back in over 2 weeks. What a sham and shame. Do not make the same error I did. It is a lovely hotel, but not worth what we paid! Very disappointing. This was my second stay, I will not come back.
A great place to have meetings and a bite to eat. Food is delicious and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The decor makes you feel at home.Service: 5/5
Lovely peaceful setting with friendly staff. Hotel is well maintained, will visit again when in the area, thank you. Safety: Guard at a boom gate and fenced in. I felt very safe. In a quiet area.
My stay was Perfect! The room was spotless and smelled Wonderful. All the staff members were really Professional and Friendly. The food was really Delicious, well done to the kitchen staff. Thank you Reception for the warm welcome and the Shuttle driver for your friendliness, dropping me off and picking me up on time. Overall great experience! Keep it up :
Overall this hotel is good. What I found most disappointing was the fact that there were no elevators, and minimal step-free egresses.
Characterful architecture, beautiful garden with ponds, and great food. We took the Make Every Night Count package which was very good value for money. As was the picnic on the lawn on Sunday, which had an ample array of food.Rooms: 5/5
