We are a caring church where a "Warm Welcome Awaits" The Methodist Church fits among the other christian churches part of a larger body of Christ. We actively seek fellowship with other churches, and have formed an agreement with the Anglican, Congregational, and Presbyterian Churches, where we accept each others members and ministers. Methodism in Queensburgh has been around since 1904. So the people are cared for by a church that is not younger than they are. We are in many respects a bridge church, that holds together opposites in creative tension rather than being one sided. Therefore we are traditional and modern, black and white, fundamentalist and liberal, etc.
