This is also one of my favourite petrol stations great staff very friendly awesome food and great variety of cold drinks and great fuel prices well worth the visit you won't be disappointed 10/10

Nice regulation Caltex fuel station with a small shop on the premises. Fuel prices are competitive. Staff are nice and helpful.

Location is easy to find. I was staying in Queenstown top10 holiday park. So basically will passed by this petrol station every time I go to the town. The fuel price is good, as I passed by some of the petrol station and actually compared the price. Pump is easy. Hassle free

Do I have to rate it as highly as a single star just to post this review? I went to this place on 27th April 2016. Yep it's a long time to remember a bad experience. We rolled in for Diesel in our hired thirsty campervan. You know, the ones with the big 100 litre fuel tank. I picked up the nozzle and it wouldn't pump. The proprietor bloke came out and said I needed to hang it up and start again. When I hung up the nozzle the price / litre on the bowser went up considerably. He knew the size of my fuel tank too of course. Being from Oz, I thought maybe this is acceptable behaviour in NZ. It's called price gouging in Oz. But a couple of other local customers nearby assured me it is wrong here too. I loudly let him know just what sort of crook he was as I tied up his tarmac for about 5 minutes with the van, while I used my sat-nav to find another servo where I got decent treatment. This incidence was our one sour note in our, otherwise, great experience amongst our Kiwi brothers. Love NZ, but bu**er Caltex Gorge Rd Queenstown.

Went here today ... they hadn't secured the manhole and when driving over it, it flipped up and smashed into the bottom of my car. The owner fixed the manhole cover back and said nothing to me until I was inside telling the staff I wasnt happy about it. The owner said to me it shouldn't damage anything and that he never seen that happen. I don't trust this place or the owner. Dont go there you've got better options

helpful attendant to fill up the LPG tank for you. i was impressed he was able to gauge how full the tank is by just lifting it up. for small 4 kg tank it's a flat fee of $15 per refill. for big 9 kg tank, it's $3.75 per kg. diesel was expensive. it's much cheaper at the BP just up a bit along the road on the same side.

Quick hot food, coffee and gas or sending money anywhere in the world. If you need to clean your car, vac and brushless wash are available. Plus, bits and pieces you may need on the go

Only place you can get LPG filled up in Queenstown that I could find, otherwise you have to swap a bottle which isn't ideal if you only use a small amount. Great if you have rented a campervan.
