Nice gym it has most of the machines you could need for any workout session but the medical help is slow in deed an emergency takes place like for instance should someone pass out

One of the best gyms in Bloemfontein with a large number and variety of machines. Plenty of weights, benches and power racks to suit most of your training needs. The gym itself has more of a hard-core atmosphere compared to other gyms like Virgin active, but is still very accommodating for all people with all levels of experience. The staff is helpful and there is an option to pay for a personal trainer or attend various group workout classes.

Great place to exercise and get fit. Love to do the Quest 1000 class with Leaveil!!!
