I have NEVER written an apartment review before. With that, we have lived at The Unison for 3 to 4 years now. From signing the lease to the livability, my Fiance and I have absolutely loved living here. We've never had an issue with loud neighbors or anything of that nature. The location of the apartments are perfect especially if you're active. My Fiance and I like workout a lot so the location is a plus for us. The only two things that I could say that are negative would would be: 1. The amenities have been recently been fixed and beating the competitors. I would say they're the best. 2. There is a lot of changes or rules going on in front and behind without us being informed about the complex, but it's not that big of a deal to us. We get to where we need to go on time without a hassle. We love it here and Pretty, and France are super nice!! Within the years we have lived here and we love it. It's in a great location, it's a peaceful community, the office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, and neighbors are respectful. I love living in The Unison for several reasons , first being it is the cleanest and well maintained area and it is one of the best in the surroundings. Secondly the staff is very friendly and I have always got the answers for all my questions instantly. Thirdly the maintenance guys are very good, they have always resolved all our problems within stipulated time. The braai area and gardens are well maintained. Fourthly the management at QHoldings always thinks about how to get the people at the apartments together. They respect the diversity and initiate new ways to make the stay more worth. Quorum Holdings is the worst lamdlord I've ever had they purely rather genuinely do not care about their tenants. I stay at their Delve Deeper property and I cannot wait for their lease to end and get out of this dump. Security is weak when there is loadshedding gate is letlft open unattended, hygiene is the worst when you enter the building you are greeted by a heavy smell because the dump site is never cleaned properly, I complained for 6 months about mould but they never attended to it until I threatened to involve the authorities and they refuse to compensate me for the clothes that are ruined cause if this, that building is a health hazard, building manager is forever absent. Once there is loadshedding just know that after electricity is restored the building will have no electricity, the is a pest problem we live with rats and other insects & species we do not know. No pest control is done in the building. I will never recommend the anyone to leave in quorum buildings even if its free. They are the worst ever stay away! Never rent from them nothing can be done to undo the suffering i have endured living here for the past year.

They have been the best landlord ever, I have been with them for 5 years through the pandemic and Quorum have been a blessing to work with. They give beautiful and secure homes with exceptional service. Great work Quorum, lets go for 10 years

I was a tenant at the unison, which is one of their buildings. They do not care about tenants, let alone maintain the place, all they know is to demand money and bill you nonsense, and switch people's power off without consulting with tenants, No one ever answers their phones, no one is willing to assist with any queries, the staff has attitude as if they even pay them well, with their peanuts they still rude. I have had the worst experience to a point where they block you from leaving the premises, the security will just let you wait there for no reason, Dumb people with no education. No matter how desperate you are for a place, please DO NOT consider moving into any of the Q living residences. I'm currently in contact with housing tribunal who is going to help me resolve this.

The service of this place is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire existence. 0/10 would never recommend to my worst enemy. Trying to contact them is the equivalent of trying to find a four leaf clover. They purposely ignore you and lie and delay everything when it's time to receive anything from them and their side , forget it, WiFi won't work, the facilities won't work, changes will be made and you won't be notified, the worst part was moving out, they had said that you get your deposit 3 weeks after moving out , I'm in the 5th week now and they keep postponing and I'm starting to think they won't pay it to me at all at this point. Please run farrrr away from them.

Alll I can say is that today is the 1st of February 2023 and I'm still waiting for my deposit. No communication whatsoever... I have emailed and emailed and no help.... Live there at your own risk... I moved out in December 2022.

The place was lovely but very expensive...after I have moved out they kept promising me that I will get my refund which I never got to date..they told me that the was a mix up with my bank account number with someone else's Their service is really bad iam not impressed and I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone else

I'm so annoyed dealing with the Quorum Holdings people. The level of unprofessionalism is so pathetic, My daughter and her mom have been living at one of the units in Randburg called The Ox. The unit is under my name and I have have no assistance whatsoever in resolving my issues, A notice was put through end of August 2022 we have had no luck to find a solution as the lease agreement is terminated before time which we have been told that there is a 2 months penalty. I have requested to make payment arrangement without any luck from their legal team which are just threatening me with being blacklisted. They keep on referring to the lease which was signed online and I have asked them for the copy which they keep saying it was sent to me but I never got it. Can someone please assist, Some of the things are still at the flat as they refuse to let the movers come remove the stuff without the clearance letter. If there was an option for a no star on this, I would definitely add it.

I don’t even know where to begin. But Quorum Holdings is the worst ever! They are so unprofessional. They don’t care about their customers for real. You must never get accommodation through these ones!

I have had the worst experience with the company. from poor management to them currently refusing to payout my deposit. I have tried emails and calls and nothing seems to work. I have resorted to getting legal assistance because I sent my notice in time and I took videos of the place before I left for record purposes because I know they are incompetent.Whatever you do ,do not stay at any of their properties ,no matter the special discount offers. You will regret it.
