Terrible service. In fact no service. Shopping for gear, we were standing around for about 15 minutes and no one from KTM even acknowledged us. Eventually just walked out. This is the second time this has happened.

Absolute awesome experience with you guys! From the start with Jean going totally out of his way to accommodate me with a new purchase. Always being available for every possible question I have to even assisting me with the first service. Then Callie being very patient and assisting me with the service of the bike and keeping me up to date. You guys made a customer for life!

Generally good service all round. Great bikes of course, at even greater pricing. Leave your wallet at hom before going here, you'll most likely end up spending all of it.

Not very helpful. Arrive there on a limp with a puncture on my 990. Yes it was 16h40, but hardly any effort to assist me. Could probably not care much as it's nearly time to close shop.
