Not Happy with Delivery Timeline of Railway. Due to rain been expecting a Fridge delivery 3 weeks back even today haven't received the delivery. And how the weather is changing and its been raining none stop. I can wait for the whole month to receive it. Why don't the warehouse deliveries have more proper transports to cover any furniture from rain and other weather conditions? Not Happy at All with the service.

For the first time ever not satisfied with my most trusted furniture store. All of my furniture is from railway, I don't even think twice when I need some furniture I go straight to railway. This time I bought a 65" smart TV by account that I am going to pay in full R30 000 where in other shops I found the same TV less than R18000 by account. I still wonder the difference of price amounting to 15 000 difference. I am so shocked.

Whether you stay next door to it you still pay 600 rands delivery cost. Whether you have your own transport whatever you  bought from Railway furniture you pay them for transporting it. This is policy according to one lady at Railway furniture head office in Pretoria west

Some of their shops the price you see is not the price you pay,they add unnecessary things they don't even bother to explain to our pensioners that they are not compulsory.

Its okay but I am still waiting for the day when railway furniture can give customers quality items and not coated finishes on a very costly furniture
