Poor service . I own a flat in Randfontein but stay in another province 5 hours away . I just received my statement I was billed a ridiculous amount for Water that time I had no tenant in the flat for two months .I’ve been trying to call but cannot get hold of anyone at the municipality. None of the numbers work, or they do not get answered. Their website and Facebook page is outdated.

Their friendly and helping you fast. They always listen to your issues.

I love it is so quiet even the workers have good working condition I love all of them

Parking area very dangerous. To many car watch workers. Entrance filthy! NOT COVID COMPATIBLE, squirt one hand, no temp check desks, window sills filthy. Counter not covid cleaned after customers.

Service was poor It took me 3 trips before they managed to get my email address correctly in order for me to receive my monthly statements People here generally do not want to help

Service informative but government needs to upgrade their equipment and structure. Stuff very helpful

Some cashiers there are moody they don't take customers seriously, they lack customer service. Only few and I mean very few of them do their job well.

Very disagonised, security officer cnt communicate well with client. Place always full no social distance. Cashiers slow amd not friendly
