"Randburg Glass, established in 1984 by Jimmy and Wyn Robertson, is a commercial and domestic glazing company. We offer you a one stop solution for any and all of your glazing needs. We provide you with a versatile service offering, our glazing solutions includes new glazing installations, installation and servicing of all glass and aluminum products, emergency glass replacements, and the installation of energy efficient glass. We also do custom-made mirrors, glass table tops, and frameless glass shower enclosures. In addition, we are equipped to do sandblasting as well as solar and reflective tints and films. I needed some custom-cut glass for a project, and they were able to provide me with exactly what I needed in a timely and efficient manner. I had quite a fascinating experience with this company. I know that 10/10 simply does not exist in real-life but in all frankness, I can give them a 9/10. Am thrilled by their turnaround time when you need their assistance, customer service and friendliness. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you.
One stop shop. Way better option than buying shower doors/screen at a retailer and then finding a fitter for the installation. I had custom made shower door bathroom 1 and shower screen bathroom 2 at a competitive market price. Service was swift, convenient and professional from the time I enquired, to measurements being taken and final fitment done
Used to be a go-to company, but their lead times become longer and longer, they sent teams to measure twice, took ages, didn't install very well and used cheap & nasty support bars which they never installed end caps for, so now I have ugly holes to look at, clips etc. They were not helpful or communicative or particularly polite even. EDIT for Owner’s reply: The job in question was not in my name, but of my contractor. This review was not written in error, nor meant for another company.
Bjorn is excellent at customer service. We need more dedicated people like this!!!!. The turnaround time for my windows to be replaced at my place was excellent and very neatly done. Will definitely refer everyone to Randburg Glass.
Paid Upfront for glass, was told 14 working days for delivery. A month later they still have our money and we don’t have the glass. Zero customer service and no answer on their line. Still waiting for the glass, still not resolved. Time for a refund. Randburg Glass.
