Very friendly staff and very helpful. They have everything you need from pets to gardening. They are also very reasonable with their prices.

I always buy all my pets foods here chinchilla, birds, guinea pigs they are the most affordable One of my little birds got a sting all knotted around it's foot, i phone them an explained my concern that i might break of his little foot, if i try to get it of myself! The friendly lady said i must bring him in, i did, and the Friendly and helpful staff helped my little bird thank you Randgate pets you guys are awesome

It's sad when a place has so many negative ratings and nothings gets done about it. Wanted to visit this pet store today, but reading abou how horribly animals are kept has stopped me. I don't understand how places like this is remotely allowed to operate. Just shows you how non-empathetic humans have really become. Animals' health and care should be your number one priority if that's what you decide to sell. They should be taken care of, healthy, have water and food available, have clean areas to sleep in, have appropriate places to do their business in. It's sad what most of these petshops have come to. I'd rather settle for a more expensive pet shop then that doesn't sell animals in that case.

They dont always what you need. The owner is not the most friendly person I have met.their prices are not to bad.
