I watched One of your Blouberg representatives throw her cigarette butt out of her car in traffic . Not a good advert for your company , and something I would consider when selling my house . Her name is Lorraine Crous and she should be told to use her ash tray in future .
Almost every time that I have enquired about a property which appears to be perfect for our company's needs, I am either informed by your agents Gary or Ruan that the specific property is no longer available or it has already been let. I don't see how this is possible when the ads were posted just a few hours before my enquiry??? Not only are the properties often not available, but they also seem to be priced differently in your advertising.The last case was when I enquired about a 270m2 property in Killarney Gardens for R12,420 pm - Gary sent me a brochure for a completely different property of 260m2 for R12,480 pm, which I later found was also advertised on Gumtree for R11,960 pm screenshots available on request. It seems that there is no organization and poor stock management. If a premises is no longer available, it should be removed and your marketing kept up to date. I will gladly amend my review once this has been resolved.
