Rbs Health Management

RBS used to be the best insurance company for many years. But I can honestly say after my last interaction with them, I am definately going to change to another service provider. Not one person takes responsibilty for completing a job, everyone passes a job onto the next person, too many people involved, oh and you lucky if someone actually gets back to you.

I have been with RBS for about 30 years and would never change no matter what deal I was offered!! They have always been consistent in their approach to excellent customer service and have never faltered! Their products offer more than most companies and they are always there for you. Their staff don’t change and they actually get to know you! They are always just a phone call away from assisting you which takes so much stress out of most problems. Thanks to everyone at RBS!!!

All these years I had good service from RBS this time is extremely poor...Send a car for repairs after 15days my claim is not approved yet, no report from the assessor yet!!!!!
