RE/MAX Jacaranda was established in 2004 and it’s sales associates specialize in residential sales within the “Old” and “New” eastern areas of Pretoria.
Our premises are located within the Boardwalk Office complex in Faerie Glen, Pretoria (next to the Virgin Active gym) and our proximity to many upmarket secure estates in this area ensures that our sales associates actively market & sell many secure estate properties.
Our sales associates are all independent contractor real estate professionals who freely choose to associate themselves with RE/MAX Jacaranda. Their independent contractor status ensures that they are in control of their income and expenses, time and marketing activities and this furthermore ensures higher levels of service to their clients.
Most of our sales associates are members of the RE/MAX Jacaranda Network (“RJN”). The purpose of RJN is to share property listings internally amongst RE/MAX Jacaranda sales associates which benefits sellers as properties are often sold in shorter time periods as a result of up to 30 estate agents simultaneously marketing a specific property.
Our Broker/Owner, Martin Potgieter, has been practising as an attorney, notary and conveyancer since 1987. All our sales associates have direct access to property legal advice and Martin often assists in the structuring of complex sales agreements. When his firm is instructed to attend to the transfer of properties sold by RE/MAX Jacaranda sales associates, they have constant & immediate access to matters ensuring better feedback to sellers and purchasers.
At RE/MAX Jacaranda we believe that although technology does not sell homes, it offers invaluable marketing tools. We therefore endeavour to stay ahead of the curve regarding technological advances and constantly train our sales associates to stay in touch, and use new technological marketing tools.
