My worst nightmare,I regret using this agency, I was warned by ignored as well,after moving out of their property,they will do anything under the sun not to give you back Ur deposit.aparently I left a spot on the wall and they are going to deduct 2600 from my deposit,MY WORST NIGHTMARE SINCE MOVING TO POLOKWANE.upon requesting that we meet at the property I used to rent,I was told they will send an inspector who is a maintenance guy,who will do anything to get a job to do. Additionally I was told I will be charged R350 for requesting to meet with them.EFF PLEASE ASSIST .circled in red is their inspection after exiting,and without circles is my picture I took after they told me about a spot.the picture I took on the 5/6/23.

These people have some apartments at African spirits. The treatment that you will get from this company is very bad. They have unprofessional and bossy agents who will treat you like a stranded person. I will not advise you to use this company if you're are looking for accommodation in polokwane. Read reviews before you commit yourself into something that will regret at the end.
I don't know if my attention is on Remax but I'm not happy with how they run business. They seem to be in competition with their clients. I saw a few cheap properties that became unavailable on the market only to resurface in the market as Remax exclusive properties. They were all over R200 000 more expensive. That's terrible for most of us who are limited in terms of finance. Sadly, they're also an American company.
Remax Polokwane doesn't have any customer service at all! I have been struggling to view a property to rent for about a week now. Messaging the agent every morning with promises to come back to me, but no reply at all.
RE/MAX Northland Polokwane have the most qualified agents. Always willing to assist wherever possible.
