Despite drawing up an initial repair list of 25 items, only about 5 items were ever repaired during my 1 year rental with them. Clearly the landlord had more rights than the tenant. Also, the municipality bill was in arrears when we moved in, but never communicated before or after. This caused elevated monthly bills every month, which was undervalued for 7 months. Only to find out that my account has now escalated and also fallen into arrears, for which they demanded immediate payment in excess of R9000. Even though the rental agent remained professional throughout, I would not recommend them at all, due to the above, but also terrible after contract service from their rental office. I am still waiting for feedback on my rental deposit deductions and payout of any remaining balance, a month later.
