WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY FROM RE-NU-A-MAG. They have the most horrendous service ever experienced, they do not know what Quality work nor customer service is. My mistake started when I trusted Re-nu-a-msg to refurbish my set of wheels. I took my set of limited wheels in to have them refurbished on 10-Jan. I was greeted friendly and advised that they would be able to do the work of refurbishing my wheels and spraying them. I was advised to collect the wheels on 17-Jan-22 and they would be ready. So I pitch at Re-Nu-A-Mag on 17-Jan to collect my wheels. I first paid, which was my mistake, and then proceeded to collect my supposedly refurbished wheels. Only to stand around for 15 minutes while the staff was looking for my wheels. I was then notified that my wheels had been sprayed the wrong colour, and they would need to redo the wheels. I was told that everything would be ready by 20-Jan. 20-Jan arrives and the wheel seems to have been refurbished & they’re the correct color. On 24 Jan I went to have tires fitted to the wheels, only to be shown and told by the fitment centre that they can’t fit the wheels as one of the wheels is still badly buckled, this after I had sent the wheels in for a refurbishment. I tried calling are-nu-a-mag to explain this, and there was no answer. The fitment centre even apologised for the delay and my frustration at this point with Re-nu-a-mag. So I decided to drive through to their premises to show them the wheel. Upon arrival, I advised the staff that the wheel was buckled and that it hadn’t been repaired. Which they inspected and confirmed this, they apologised and said that they’ll fix it and it should be ready by the afternoon of 26-Jan and that they would phone me when it’s ready to collect. By 27-Jan I had heard nothing from them and decided to go through as I was promised a call on 26-Jan to collect the wheel. I arrived there with high hopes that the wheel would be fixed & ready, only to be disappointed once again. It was sprayed the incorrect colour again, but not only was it the wrong colour, but the wheel was also still not repaired, as it had the same original buckle. I just shook my head in disbelief of the service and quality of work, and ask when the wheel will be done. They promised me that the following day 28-Jan they will have the wheel ready and it will be the correct colour as well as fixed. I ask whether this will be enough time, and I was assured that it will be. On 28-Jan I collected the wheel. The colour was correct and the buckled seemed to have been sorted. However, that wasn’t the end. When I took the rims to the fitment centre to have them fitted, the paint chipped off as the tyre was seated, due to the poor workmanship & what can be seen as a rushed “job”. I asked them to continue with the fitment as I wasn’t going to return the wheel to Re-nu-a-msg, yet again. I left the damaged wheel as it is to use it as an example of Re-Nu-A-Mag’s quality & service, and to show fellow car enthusiasts why they need to avoid Re-Nu-A-Mag

Always good service, they are specialists in the industry and the quality of their work is 2nd to none. They are also exceptionally fast and their pricing is very reasonable. I've been coming to them for years and have never been dissatisfied with any area of my dealings with them.
Unprofessional Setup. Slow service no customer consideration. The items sent in to be repaired were kept for 5 weeks. The initial color of the rims could not Be restored and had to be changed hence We had to take in the 2 non damaged items and Have them sprayed as well to match the others. Overall the job done was good but the service is horrible.
Excellent service and advice, real passion for what they do. Took time to discuss options with me and advised not to repair as it would not be the best technical nor economical solution for me. Will recommend them any day
Great service, the work is really professional and the turnaround time is outstanding! A big thank you to Chris for always assisting whenever it was needed and for being there throughout the whole process.
The service was amazing. They treated me well and where very quick and efficient aswell as doing an amazing job for a low price. I can definitely recommend them.
Very satisfied. Great workmanship and decent service. They did a great job of fixing the hack-job done to one of my wheels by another company. I would definitely make use of Re-Nu-A-Mag's services again.
Did the job while I waited. Looks like only BMW damage their rims :P. So far so good. No vibes and took as long as estimated. Small waiting area so rather drop off and pick up.
