Finally received payment from them after way to much talking and pleading. Had to make contact with the guests to get more information before they eventually decided to pay. Carefully consider before you ink. All previous reviews seems to have disappeared from this listing?

Lack of professionalism. I contacted the office to request a quote, the person who assisted me asked me to request quote by email, fair enough. No response to my mail. I phoned the office to enquire if they received my email, I found another person and she just told me that she will check, then she hang-up without taking my details. Shortly I received the email which says "we charge for quotations" no further details on how much they charge, how do I pay and blaa blaa. Another thing is that the person who took my first call lied about his name.

It’s a bad company they send people in my guesthouse it’s been over 2 weeks now I’m waiting for payment! The owner not replying to emails or answering my calls still waiting for my payment

We The Valley Lodge we contacted by Reatswelela Travel & Tours , Guests or Lodges or Guest houses please make sure they pay the full amount before they stay , Reatswelela is not very good on reply back , or phoning back , I found out the Dep of Rural Dev use them for service until proven otherwise this is the 7rd month we are awaiting payment , from Reatswelela some phone no is no longer available or out of service , i hope they proof me wrong to change my review of service from them.

Very bad company. they cant respond to emails, telephone calls or anything regarding payments. very very bad service from them.
