"Cold" and unwelcoming atmosphere at Tecsa Reco Randburg. Went there on Saturday and waited about 3 to 5 minutes before Amanda "attended" to me. All this time Amanda sat behind the desk and not sure what she was doing. She looked at me and said, can I help you or something to that affect. All the questions I asked about stock and pricing was as if she was doing me a favor. No smile at all and could tell that she was not happy to be there or she just had a bad day and took it out on the customers. Of all my years of visiting Tecsa's branches, this is got to be my worst. Will rather drive to Midrand or Tulisa Park than to ho back to this branch. Some customer service training here will go a long way or customers will rather stop next door for what ever they are looking for.
Highly disappointed at ur products and l bought one pipe it was leaking and the second one too same they refuse to refund me ......

I called for a spare part on my washing machine. Lady answering the phone is incredibly rude and uncouth. Talking to me as if she is doing me a favour by giving me a price. You guys really need to look at your customer facing staff as they are the face of your business. I would never go back here based on my interaction with this incredibly rude and unprofessional person. You need to send this person for some basic customer service and telephone etiquette training.
Worst experience ever. The parts sales guy was clueless. He advised that the Defy Dishwasher I was buying spares for did not exist. He promised to check for the part with Defy and to call me back. Never heard from him ever again. The part was and is listed on their website. One can only wonder how such businesses survive.
In my whole entire life, this is the worst experience I ever had. I'm calling this place to ask for PC board for dishwasher. Guess what, the lady shouted at me until the end of the call. 16:00 18 October 2022. I don't even have energy to go there anymore. I have been a regular customer there.
The way amanda scold this guy its not ok like we clients we we asking its coz we dont know but when we get scold its shaming
I was looking for parts for a vacuum cleaner. Phoned and was direct to the correct parts. Picked it up, friendly and smart people. I buy all my spares here rather than searching the net for parts.
Reading about TecsaReco here on Facebook I went there today to get the most basic and interchangeable spares for a blender, a pair of common brushes. I'll bet if there was someone more helpful behind the counter I would have left with the parts I came for, but the woman showed no interest in serving me. She never called a technician or someone who could advise or refer. I saw immediately I entered the door and stood near the counter she deliberately waited some time before raising her eyes and attending to me. Not that there were other customers. She must've previously worked in a government department is the thought I had. Waste of time and petrol and really notably disrespectful service. I couldn't refer anyone to your company
