Worst service ive ever received possibly my whole life. The lack of any customer service is shocking unbelievable that they still in business. Once you make your payment just know after that you mean l absolutely nothing from that point on.

Very clean furniture store, prices are a bit high, most probably because the quality is good. I seen a sofa for R40000,00

Very bad customer service. I bought 8 couches from Red apple, of the 8 two sets we used and I reported this immediately to Afzal In the sales Dept. It’s been almost 3 month and no news but false promises or my calls get ignored. Please beware not to get caught by this company. After having payed for delivery etc I am being treated like a thug. Legal action to follow.

Terrible from start to finish. Bought some chairs. One broke immediately and we reported it to them. The manager refused to speak to us! They hid behind their junior staff member saying we had to pay to get them replaced. Do not go anywhere near this place

Ordered online and item arrived with latent defects chips and scratches. A word to the wise, beware of any discounted items as they could be of substandard quality. Staff were helpful in organising a refund.

Excellent service from RED Apple South Africa. Mr Patel was more than accommodating. Seven years later he arrange to move all my RED apple furniture to my new premises. The quality of the RED apple furniture is excellent

I was so disappointed with the customer service I got from Red Apple branch in City Deep. The sales ppl are so unfriendly and don't even give attention to client.

The place is good but staff is not friendly that makes their place not interesting

Terrible people to do business with. Delivered us a used table and horrible communication when I wanted to return it. Still waiting for my money!!!
