I will forever recommend Redimed. I don't have any lows about the place. Dr Lisa came through for me when I was going through the most. Bless their work.

The male receptionist who was on duty on the 18-02-2023 night shift was very mean he is a bully really I was so disturbed after experiencing him being so mean, it was so scary like he would even stand up and slap me. M never coming to that practice again

I hadhad the worst experience. When we arrived in explained to the Dr how I was feeling and I told him what was wrong but he just gave me pain medication and we paid alot of money for nothing . A week later I visited another Dr at a different location and he immediately found out the problem and now I'm dealing with it and feeling wayuch better.. now I truly believe that redi med is overated...

Dr.Jordaan was absolutely AMAZING, very kind and helpful and he gets a 10/10 from me. Unfortunately I can not say the same about one of the receptionist Rolene. She could learn to be a little bit more polite, a “please” and a “thank you” wouldn’t hurt when you’re dealing with clients who are actually paying for your services. She didn’t even say “bye” or “thank you” as I left she just gave me my receipt... bad manners I must say. I’m not the first person to complain about the receptionists and I definitely will not be the last, Redimed should invest in better staff.
