As the name suggests, this pamper lounge is at once classy and edgy...reminiscent of a Miami beauty parlour: polished and elegant yet unpretentious. The staff are beautiful, friendly and amazing at their job The Best done, their products organic and Vegan which is just SO awesome as you don't get that nail lacquer smell. The owner Stephanie hope its not spelled with a "f", Apologies if so is bold and sassy just like red lipstick  and she accommodated me from the get-go; replying to my woes immediately nevermind it was late at night and being very concerned about my stubbed toe without a toenail they are excellent at reconstructing nails!. I definitely left feeling whole, pampered and attractive They had some great specials over the Festive season and adhered to covid-19 regulations Definitely worth a visit and maybe like me, you end up making Redlipstick Pamper Lounge your new go-to beauty parlour

If you need a pamper this is your place. Professional therapists and lovely comfortable chairs while you have your treatments done. It’s all geared for load shedding so book regardless of power outages.

This is a fabulous hidden gem in Somerset West, beautifully decorated, lovely staff, anyways very welcoming. Great nail products, LCN, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and on top of all this you get a glass of MCC!

This is an amazing salon, I highly recommend treating yourself and your loved ones for a treatment here. I had a vegan manicure done by Ruth, who is so lovely and professional.  There is aircon and a relaxing atmosphere. Salon is clean and stylish. The owner is lovely and I really felt welcome. They offer you a welcome drink as you enter. This was my birthday spoil and they sang me happy birthday as well as a chocolate treat. I  will definitely  be back.  Thank you so much. Truly enjoyed my experience.

The owner of the business is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.  There was an issue with a coupon that I received and my mother tried to sort it out by calling her back, but the owner was very defensive and eventually put the phone down on my mother, THE CUSTOMER.  I feel very uncomfortable to go to this place to have a relaxing time due to this unnecessary tension.  I have heard great things about the staff and service at this business, but I will not support it, because of the owners terrible people skills.  I am still a child, however, I know that customers should not be dealt with in such a manner.  I have heard that other customers have had the same problem with the owners attitude after experiencing this.  I do not recommend this place, as it’s business model contradicts the customer service received.  I am extremely disappointed.
