The service is bad shem they got 6 tellers but only teller6 is working not that they are not here but sitting busy with their phones

Third time I was there and I didn't get helped with my affairs with the system always offline, poor service delivery, there are 6 cubicles but in all my time there is only 1 cubicle that always tends to the long queue

I stood there from 8 in the morning till 3 pm today and I didn't even get in. The are extremely slow. No information given about anything. Not a nice place to wait.

Hi for me it is so defical because I pay but I can't get my letter of good standing always they page is not working yet they know that without it you can't have any jobs please help me

Worse case scenario. The lines there are hectic, you will stand till you drop

Just another goverment department, chaos as usual, don't explain in english what is suspected of you, only zulu or some languages.

Hectic, application took months to get approved.
