I was suspicious with the emails and did a background check with the 1 day notice for an interview. The email is not a company email, the phone is not landline and the company Albert and sons is registered in Nigeria. These were my first red flags. The map did not show their company name and they already wanted money for police clearance.  A lot did not add up and I found myself on these reviews

I think something is fishy here guys , I went there after I have received an SMS with regards to the Desk Assistant in a banking sector , two day later I get a message which say I must bring 2 ID pics, tax number , plus R750 for consultation , which is something I was not told about from the beginning . Am now concerned if this legitimate or what? Remember on the first day I paid R300 for police clearance , now R750 consultation. Huh ? When i call the number I received the message on , it doesn't go through ...that raises flags, secondly when I ask for the landline number for the office , I dont get the response again ....hmmmm....what the heck is happening here? Parks Consulting are you scammers residing the REGUS building in Parktown ?  Mr Franklin , kindly respond if you know that this is legitimate, as we cannot hold REGUS building owners reliable if you guys are scamming us or not ? please say something .

Dont be stupid, no real employers would ask you for money. Sometimes they dont mention the money but it is a scam. Do no go to this building, law enforces have also been alerted and will pounce on the place any time now

This is a scam to rob unemployed people of the last funds they own. You wil receive a mail that reads something in the lines of "we are pleased that you have been shortlisted for interviews for the position you applied for ..." notice they don't specify the position in the mail . They wil give you a date that is a day or 2 away from the interview so that it is impossible to get a police clearance or itc check . They will then offer to do it for you for a fee . You wil not get your results and you will not hear from them again the company changes nes on mail . The one that mailed me was miss Adelaide from Glenco ... no glenco exist at the premise its all a scam . I paid 250 rand and never heard from them again ... Please stay away from this place .

This place harbours scammers. I think they know it and they are part of it. If you receive an email that directs you  to this location, do not go. If you are there right now, RUN! Your live might even be in danger. Save your R250. There's no legit company that will ask for money when they invite you for an interview. Do not let desperation make you a fool.  Stop telling people to report them. Do it for them. THEY ARE LIVING IN YOUR PREMISES. All you are concern about is the rent they pay. They same money they illegal take from people.

I'm seeing comments that range from 6 years ago to 2 months ago about how these people are scamming job seekers but yet nothing is being done about it. The are over 100 reviewers but no one cares, sad. Thanks for the heads up guys.

I received this email, is it legit?  Dear  Applicant!!!  BS Consulting Agency is pleased to formally invite you for a pre interview/ pre-assessment meeting at Block B Metropolitan Building 8 Hillside Road Parktown Opposite BP Garage on Empire Road.  This means that your CV was successfully assessed and shortlisted for the position of  Management Accountant and Financial Services  that you applied for and we are therefore pleased to formally extend an offer for the above position.  Your appointment date is on Thursday 20 February 2020 at 10:00am. The list of roles and responsibilities will be explained as well as all the applicable benefits; for example provident fund, full medical aid,13th cheque etc.  REQUIREMENTS:  1. Regus must do background check on businesses renting out space. These companies are fraudsters for example SIMS Recruitment Agency. I received an email from them the same day I applied for the so- called HR Internship program. The email had all kinds of red flags! Job seekers out there, don't let desperation get the better of you. If it demands you payment, it is a scam! Do a thorough background check and remember don''t trust everything that is on a company's website, remember the aim of scam is to make it look legit.

Please bring along copies of your CV, ID/Passport, academic certificates, plus academic report, ITC Report and your previous employment report documents from any registered accredited firm around South Africa only  NB. Without the above requirements your position will be void.  Alternatively if you do not have these documents there are private companies that can assist us get them for a required amount of R250.00 only. This office is full of scammers. They offer you job positions ask you to pay consultation fees and then you get given a fake address and blocked. Next thing to do is contact SARS and SAPS and get this place raided
