I’m writing this with the greatest dissatisfaction The service of this place needs some serious attention When me and my partner checked in the lady at the reception desk didn’t great us she looked annoyed to be even assisting us and To top it off she didn’t have a mask on During these times as the face of the company she didn’t have on a mask We got into the room the we’re no towels and no soap or even a shower cap In the morning trying to make coffee there was none. How as a guest do I have to pay for aménités like to use the pool we pay 50 I’m not a visitor passing by I payed ur establishment and the service should be free. We left ur guest house around 1 to come back at 7 to find the house keeping not done Totally unexpected I mean the service just kept getting worse Just cause we’re a young couple doesn’t mean u can treat us like were irrelevant We’re still customers It was our anniversary weekend and it was absolutely ruined I’m definitely not recommending this place Pearl Balleng Sent from my iPhone

They go out their way to satisfy their customers. Their poolside and braai area is very very perfect I must say. It has a home feeling.

Nice, quiet and clean place.... where you can relax with family and friends...has a pool, dining areas and a wonderful braai place.The place is awesome.
