Remote Entry System will waste your time. Admin and Sales dept seem to be the problem. Last year they pitched up at my house literally months after the call. I called them again yesterday. They couldn't commit to a time and I haven't heard from them since, despite a follow-up call this morning. This is their level of service after explaining to them that I can't get access to my garage. I phoned Garage Door Pro's and got serviced within two hours by a crew from Cape Town.
Although the technical staff provided excellent service, the same cannot be said for the administrative staff, resulting in a poor experience, forcing me to park my vehicles on the street for a week. Called them on Friday when my garage door spring broke. A technician arrived the same day to check which springs are required. The technician promised that the springs will be ordered ASAP. All good. On Tuesday I received a call advising that the springs had not yet been ordered and that I have to pay the full amount for parts and installation based on a quotation, before the springs will be ordered. I reluctantly agreed, with the promise than an actual invoice will follow. I also offered to collect the springs on their behalf from the suppliers to avoid delays, but was advised that their driver will collect the springs the same day and that they will let me know when it arrives to arrange for installation. When on Wednesday I still had no invoice or installation date, I contacted them again, only to be advised that the springs had not been collected on Tuesday and they are now awaiting delivery of it from the suppliers. Spoke to the "manager" who instead of offering to sort out the situation, made all sorts of excuses and could still not confirm a fixed appointment for installation. Finally on Thursday a installation time was arranged for later that day. The technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing the springs and adjusting the door for smooth operation.
Fixed my garage door opener quickly and efficiently. Arrived on time. Very happy. R 450 call-out fee so not cheap though.
Excellent service, on the same day of our enquiry they came out to us and when we responded on the quote they came that afternoon to fix our garage. Very satisfied customers!
We have used RES a few times and we are very satisfied with their services - they communicate fast and effective, the personnel are professional and do more than their part to assist and optimise security. Thank you!
