Revlon

I have purchased the revlon airbrush foundation and more particularly the toast colour foundation. During November I purchased another tube and have noted that the colour is completely lighter and apparently has tinsel in it. I am highly unsatisfied with the inconsistencey in the colour.

I love the perfume body spray, and their make up is also really nice. It's a pity they dont all the duo mascara anymore, it was the only mascara I've ever loved. I recently emailed Revlon to report a faulty spray bottle that I couldn't return to the store I purchased it from due to having no slip, and the customer service was so helpful about sending a replacement. When the parcel arrived, they had sent me an extra bottle, which was a pleasant suprise :

A very rude receptionist

This is a poor company with lousy products. After 4 days of contacting the Customer Care line, still no response. Deal with this company at you own peril

Unhelpful customer service department. They forget their business is about *selling* products and not making it difficult for people to buy. I'm unimpressed by their apathy.
