One of the best and affordable health suite in town located in a safe university premises. Massive discounts especially former students and staff member. The institution is well run and professionally managed by university personnel
I definitely love the place, it has machines for all workouts, the bathroom's are clean and has water if you want to shower after the workout.
Great group session with our church group in very ideal settings in the dance studio!!
We hardly find any available slot for booking. However, if you go to the health centre, you find it's not that much people in. There should be at least one option of emergency booking. What if I need to consult today urgently.
It's a nice gym, but easy to be interrupted, when school closes it closes but make sense because it's a school gym
Trained i this gym for years, its separated into three sessions, aerobics, cycling and main gym, nice PT around to help you.
Place is conducive also staff so friendly
It's where I spend most of my free time
It sort of does just abour what it says.
The gym is small but caters for everything.
