I have been in Kimberley hospital with my son for more than 6 weeks so i made arrangements with my pharmacy in Kuruman to send my presciption to this pharmacy. I saw the claim going through the next day and phoned them....they told me that the package has been made and i can come and collect and that they will be closed over the weekend, this was like 40mins before they were closing on that friday. My husband went got the package and i had to pay R400 for medication that did not go through on the medical aid...when i phoned to return it the pharmacist said he cant take it back because it was not stored in a controlled temp this was just normal allergy tablets that does not need a specified tempreture, it was still in the pakage i got it. I told him but its just sitting their on your counter. I will never go their again.

Got vitamins and sinus meds but there was a queue.
