Our 6 year old had to get a milk tooth removed this morning. first time at a dentist for a "big" procedure Dr Jacques and Riana made it all better for him. Thank you for your kindness and patience

After a long time +15 years I am now able to eat meat, chocolate, and nut without pain or discomfort. All thanks to Dr Burger and the team. I have always had dental problems and have consulted many different dentists, both public and private. I would just go there to remove teeth because of the pains I was in. When I met Dr Burger I already had five teeth removed at age 27yrs. He examined my teeth and he treated each and every problem. I did two implants, two root canals, three fillings. Each procedure was done gentle and with care. There was no pain, to my surprise even the injections were pain free. The prescribed medication for after care works well. The implants are in front and they are perfect, I have regain my confident smile. I would recommend Dr Burger to anyone who want to fix any dental problem, he cares for patients and do best to make them happy. Just been to the Nelspruit dental practice, such a pleasant experience. For a person that has never been to a dentist I was quite nervous, the personnel made me feel at ease through their professionalism. I had a wisdom tooth removed, in and out in less than 20 minutes after experiencing zero pain nor discomfort. The doctor was awesome in her own right. sorry can't remember her name.
