Riverton Manor

I want to put zero but it doesn’t allow me to, In all my history of visiting guest houses/hotels, this has to be my worst experience to date. Although I appreciate the house allowing me to check in at around 12:30 instead of 2, there were numerous issues, when I got there I was asked to pay when booking was done online, secondly when I arrived at my room the door handle was loose so the door doesn’t open and close properly, the door at the handle is so eaten up you can’t even put any screws to fasten it anymore, thirdly the toilet seat was in the worst condition ever, and the Cherry on the top, even though I checked in at 12:30, even at 3 pm, I had no hot water, not even warm water to wash my hands. Needless to say I checked out at 15:05. Spent almost R600 and got nothing for it. Doubt any of my concerns will be taken seriously, I would steer clear of the place unless you want to waste money. I did chat to Khumi the owner about the above but all I got was excuses and not even one apology for what’s happened.

What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly informative Staff. Value for money. I would have given a 5 star but I think the bedswell the unit I stayed in are at there end of the road.

Riverton Manor is a simple and beautiful place in a quiet environment. A great team ready to assist to make your stay comfortable. A mall nearby can be accessed within some few minutes walk.Rooms: 5/5

Always problem with the automatic gate. I wait half this morning to open the gate and the taxi charge me 30 mins for nothing.

Warm welcome and lovely staff. The yard is green, it's soo refreshing to stay outside. Rooms are clean.

We had an awesome stay with my family. Initially we booked for a day but decided to extend our stay. Will definitely recommend Riverton Manor.

Riverton Manner deliver budget accommodation, their staff was not very friendly with our stay, but they did tend to the over all needs which was a quick one night accommodation. The rooms are small and the bedding is generally comfortable enough.

A pretty and tranquil place in a quiet suburb. I booked for three nights initially and then had to extend for another two due to unforeseen circumstances. Visitor, a member of the staff, was extremely helpful in firstly finding me new accommodation as Riverton was full and then doing a juggling act to squeeze me in when there was a cancellation. Great service guys. Thank you.

Really looked forward to staying the night. Absolutely disappointing. Beds were filthy and spiders. Bathroom had just 1 towel that didnt look clean at all. During the night there were loud voices that got us up a couple times. Never again! We have taken photos from the night we stayed over. Please tell me how to send these to youRooms: 1/5

Quiet place with beautiful gardens, but I had to check out a day early because they couldn't provide dinner. I came specifically at this place to rest and not to have to drive around looking for food. I'm recovering from back surgery and driving to amd fro in search of food was not an option for me. I was told I will not get a refund, but it's fine.
