Audiologists who really go the extra mile. Helpful, patient and understanding. The Hearing Clinic has great Audiologists and provides and excellent service. Even went to see my elderly mom at her home.
The team at the Hearing Clinic is extremely professional, pro-active and caring. They go out of their way to ensure that the client and all relevant family members are aware of the hearing requirements. You are treated with utter respect and care. Their follow up service is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone, you are not just another number with them.
Outstanding service and incredible hearing aids! These devises have evolved a huge amount over the past decade. I was given a demo pair to try and was blown away! I eventually purchased the Signia 5AX hearing aids and I haven’t heard this well for many years. Of particular interest to me was the amazing music setting on these. My chromesthesia, which disappeared 40 years ago, has returned, a truly unexpected and amazing development. The connection to my phone and television have really improved my quality of life.

My mother received excellent service and care from Yvonne when doing the hearing tests and supplying the hearing apparatus. This made us so excited and positive towards the whole process. The end results is fantastic, my mother can hear the TV at a normal volume and participate in conversation with confidence because she can now hear what people are saying. Our only regret is that we had not done this years ago!
I wish more people would visit The Hearing Clinic for a proper assessment if they experience symptoms like hearing loss, vertigo and tinnitus. Their approach to these very common problems is nothing less than world class and their service as well as the way they manage your expectations are amazing. You cannot put a price on being able to hear again OR being able to go through a day without bees buzzing in your ears the whole time. Thank you for making the world of my patients a better place.

I took my father to get hearing aids. The friendliness and professional way that we were treated was refreshing. The audiologist found that my father had an infection in his left ear and referred us to an ENT Specialist. She took the hearing test for both ears and did the mold for the left ear in the meantime. We went back and she tested him again to see if there was any improvement. He received both his hearing aids and for the first time in years we can communicate properly. The audiologist even messaged me to find out how he was doing. I can really recommend this hearing clinic. They really do care.
I can highly recommend anyone with hearing problems to schedule an appointment with Marelie Gous at the Hearing Clinic! She has state of the art equipment and use the latest technologies to assist patients with all kinds of hearing problems and also with early detection of potential hearing problems. She can advise on the most suitable hearing aids too.
Awesome practice with friendly and efficient service, highly recommended. Makes a huge difference to someone with hearing loss in my own family. Changed her into a new level of functionality. Well done !!
