Sandwich Baron Rivonia went above and beyond to help us cater for a party. They prepared a platter for us on a Sunday when they are not even open. We had substitutions and changes to make to the platter and they altered everything without any issue. The food was delicious and their service was top notch. Thank you, Sandwich Baron, we will definitely be calling again!
I order from this franchise fairly regularly and while the food is generally excellent, I don't know how to make the staff wake up to the fact that putting a toasted sandwich in the same bag as an ice-cold Appletiser results in my receipt of a warm Appletiser and a cold toasted sandwich. The next time I order and this happens I will return the order without paying.
Went out of their way to deliver me what I wanted when the RANDBURG branch wouldn’t! Definitely would use again! Their crispy bacon chicken Mayo footlong is honestly the best sandwich out there for under R100

I am a Muslim customer , i called to order a chicken tikka sandwich upon asking if the store was Halaal approved and they first seemed confused , the lady didnt seem like she knew what Halaal meant then she confirmed that it was , when asked if they substituted bacon with macon she then handed the phone to her manager , who confirmed that the store is not Halaal approved . i hope in future that the service and knowledge of product is better . Really Disappointed
We order on a daily basis for our company We receive cold food all the time We always ask for change to be brought however change is never sent With all the change you owe us we could have 3 sandwiches. Not impressed at all
