Rixaka Funerals

The service I received on Monday was exceptional. I was received well by the front desk and Ntsako was very helpful. I am however, disappointed by the claims turnaround time. I submitted all the correct and required documents and I was informed by the gentleman who helped that it takes 3 days for the claim to be paid which took me back because other Insurers pay well within 12 - 48 hours. I took their word and remained patient, hoping that a payment would be made on or by Wednesday. On Thursday, at midday, a claim had not been made. I called to enquire and though I was received well I find the process to be excruciatingly slow. The money is meant to assist with funeral arrangements and the delay is unacceptable. I am glad I did not opt for my grandmother's funeral service to be rendered by them as I can only imagine how my experience would have been if this delay is a representation of their work ethic and compassion - or lack thereof. I've since removed my parents and have opted to have their policies with a different funeral service provider as I cannot risk havinsuch a bad experience when the time comes.
