Shocking is an understatement.... Guest drinking , raving and swearing outside in parking lot in front of our window and also in passage of our room. Between 22h00 and 5h30 we were unable to sleep and reception could not control the guests.... never have i experienced such a bunch of disrespectful, drunk, loud crowd of people in a confined space that supply accommodation. Our night accommodation was refunded in full.... unfortunately damage was done would never make use of them again...
It is 03:00 am and I’ve been dozing on and off since 01:30 because of a bunch of drunk noisy guests. Reception didn’t seem bothered as I had to call to ask them to intervene. Reception said that they were aware of the noise and were trying to resolve the matter and that the guests just checked in. Just checken in??? Does booking in at this hour give guests licence to disregard other guests rights??? Also it was suggested I be moved to another room … imagine packing my stuff at this time of the morning? From the reviews it seems like this is a regular occurrence. Imagine I have to drive to Cape Town in the morning and hardly slept! I’m very disappointed.
Came down for breakfast at about 9am, scrambled eggs were cold. There was no coffee. No assistance. In the room blankets are quite thin and light, television is smaller than my laptop screen. 5 stars for cleanliness though *****Rooms: 3/5
Had a great stay there. Staff service was great as they washed some of my items of clothing at no extra charge. Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars was due to the TV remote not working. Otherwise the rooms were exceptionally clean and I would recommend for anyone who is traveling and stay for short periods.Rooms: 5/5
Booked a paraplegic-friendly hotel room and it was not clean and well prepared for our arrival. We were told that there was a meeting in the room during the week and the room was not set up - the twin single beds were in the bathroom and the room was not cleaned. The hotel staff gave us another room to accomodate us but it was not paraplegic-friendly so my friend could not use the bathroom and had to use the other room's bathroom they subsequently removed the beds so my friend could use the bathroom. During the early part of the morning, around 4am, my friend did not have access to the other room's bathroom because the passage doors seemed to be jammed not sure if it was locked or not and there was no one around or at reception to ask for assistance. I'm not sure why the room was listed as available if it was not ready for use. Make sure the room is available for customer occupation. Physically go into the room to check and not solely rely on the system to check availability. Have staff work shifts so at least one person is at the front desk at all times that will be able to assist customers. I'd appreciate some sort of compensation
I made a reservation with Vusi on Friday, 12th August to check in Saturday, 13th August 2022, he took my details down and said everything isn’t booked - I can just arrive and pay. On arrival on Saturday the reservation was not made, we waited at reception for a while whilst staff chatted away. Eventually got booked into room 124, which was very dusty, the towels were wet, like they were used or not dried properly. The overall experience was very poor, I would never go back ever again. We left a few hours after checking in as the room was full of dust on the sitcom until and room itself which made me very sick. To finally exit was the hotel was even a mission as no one was at the exit gate to open for us. we had to drive back to reception to ask to be let out. I give them 0/10 for overall experience
My friend was getting married, she booked a room for the day for us to get our make up done. Rooms were okay...their breakfast is reasonably priced
The aircons in the rooms are a bit outdated and some don't work properly. Otherwise a great place and very close to a mall which is a nice bonus.Rooms: 3/5
Better things could be done to improve the layout of the room, also ensure the appliances are properly working, also in case there'll be no water make other arrangements to better serve the clients. Just revamp the place.Rooms: 2/5
Welcomed with a smile help and service was great . I would recommend this for a stay over and very nice breakfast aswell.Rooms: 4/5
