The tree of light was quite something. The park was very clean and it was such a pleasure to be apart of the festivities
Flower beds are full of weeds.. little ponds water is full of algae.. the pumps heen broken since the ANC took over. There are vagrants sleeping in the park using the public toilets to bath and use the loo..the window that they use to get in has been broken for over 3 years...and then they want to stop dogs in the park...such a shame
The park is a place where you can take your pet. People also book the park for functions. The annual candle of lights which is hosted by hospice is held at this park.
A wonderful dog park where the dogs are all friendly and play nicely. I wish some people would pick up after their dogs more but it’s a wonderful place to socialize your pet.
The park was very well maintained when we were there. Toilet facilities could do with an upgrade though. Very popular park for walking dogs.
Lovely atmosphere. Well kept, clean and near. One of the very few parks which still maintain its beautiful lawns.
Food is excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised at the staff. Well done.
Beautiful, clean park known by very few people. Available for events, bookings required. Events area is gated, a nicely sheltered crescent, good for small babies. Also has a plug point
My parents and I went here to see the hospice tree of lights and it was really great. The place is quite safe and a good place to enjoy time as a family Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed and there is a lot of space for them to play but they must be on a leash
Love this park. Amazing picnic and dog park. Safe and friendly enviroment.
