Pathetic "service". I purchased a Lancaster TV unit from them. One of the most expensive TV units available. The design of the unit is not strong and cannot even support the weight of a normal LED TV. The TV unit is busy sagging in the middle and basically pulling apart. I purchased it in December at the Klerksdorp Rochester store. It's been 3 months now that I have been sending emails and phoning with absolutely no response from either Rochester head office or the Klerksdorp store. The Klerksdorp store manager is never there. Always on a days leave.... Leaving messages with Chante doesn't help because even though she says they will call me back they never do. It's an absolute pathetic store and then they aren't the cheapest either. Be warned and rather consider buying somewhere else where you actually get a reliable product AND most importantly after sales service.
Bought items at your Klerksdorp store on 11 Jan 21 to the value of R20500 paid for delivery and was told maximum 3 working days for delivery. Received a message to say delivery will be the 14th on the day of delivery no one from the store contacted us when we contacted the store the manager Engela said we will get during the course of the day waited the whole day then Engela phoned us to say we can't get it as the truck went back to Welkom because the weather was not good and we should only receive good on Tuesday. We paid for the stock upfront and were told 3 working days no you can't deliver and Engela keeps changing the story. Also we have a apartment and bought these items for apartment as its empty now we can't move in. Is this the service you give clients ? Very unprofessional the manager of the store tells my wife she can come collect a refund. With this attitude rather close your store down. Please do not buy from this Company what a bad experience.
Purchased a Jordan tub chair in Nov. 2 weeks later the legs break off. Customer Reference number 60276886 another reference number a week later 90000165002. Collect chair 22 Jan. Return it today 3 weeks later still broken. POOR POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY
The shop has nice things but too expensive
The co ordination between the delivery shop and the shop by the mall is terrible.Bought a new table and they only delivered a used table that was brought in for repairs.The follow up was disappointing but eventually Abe and Vincent tried and did their best to arrange a replacement But not taking my money back there again
Incapable and unwilling of solving their own mistakes!!
