The most accommodating experience with Melanie, she was aware that our event was on a Sunday and that is not a working day for their team, so she made a plan for things to be collected on a Saturday. She was not there in person but she had well packaged the pop corn machine as well as the supplies, She briefed her team when I got there who explained how to work the machine. The popcorn was a hit. Thank you again Melanie
Had a party for my 10-year old daughter Thursday night before the Easter weekend. Friendly and efficient team arrived to set up as per the plans. Setup was quick and easy. Good instructions for "in case anything goes wrong" were received. The professionalism and efficiency was well received during a typically very chaotic afternoon party setup. I packed up the equipment to bring it inside for safekeeping after the party and the team arrived the next morning to collect. A pleasure to work with Rocket Party Hire and will definitely recommend them.
Melanie was amazing to deal with and Edward and his assistant who came to set up were efficient and amazing. Would definitely recommend them to everyone

Outstanding service from Melanie and the team at rocket party hire.They managed to assist me with all my requirements at 1 days notice. Hiring process was flawless and everything finalized within a matter of minutes. Will definitely be using them again.

Service was great however my only complaint is that the left side of the slush machine did not freeze and therefore we could only use the one side.
The slushie machine was very nice. Delivered on time and collected again. The flavor is not that great, but the rest was amazing. Thank you Rocket Party Hire for your amazing service!
Rocket Party Hire was great to work with from the planning stages to the day of the event. The team that delivered and collected the hired items were friendly as well.
