Went there today,person behind copper fitting counter seems like he he did me a moerse favour giving me the fittings ext i needed.Other sales persons very profesional.I will never visit them again.
Big building supplier, with great service, they always try to help you in every way and give you an alternative place if they don't keep what you need.

Been buying from Rock for almost 2 years now will think in 2 years the delivery would be better
We had to wait for about ten minutes to be served. The layout of the store is such that you can only order what you need. You cannot walk through the isles to browse. I am sure they do it to curb theft, but for someone like myself that like to browse. It is very unfriendly.

I'm hugely disappointed in the manner in witch they are handling my matter. Their own driver delivered my 40 bags of cement to a wrong address and my project is stoped, as it is not my fault why dont they give me my cement and sort out their mess with the person who received stock that's not his. I'm doing follow up they are not calling me back
