Their service is exceptional, I mean I was looking for a chain for my bike which they didn't have but they helped me locate another place to find the exact chain I wanted. Good customer service is rare nowadays but Rolux focuses on helping people.

Very expensive it cost less to by a new machine than repair a 3 year old rolux. I would not suggest them. Stihl the top brand is cheaper. Sorry guys but you will not see me again. Pitty though the brand was ok. Went to adendorff and bought new.
I brought in a Stihl brush-cutter today because the head is making a noise. I was quickly informed that they have a 14 days delay in the workshop. Even after I indicated that it was quite urgent - no change or anybody suggesting an alternative arrangement. My suggestion that because it cost money to come through, maybe triage the machine especially when someone indicated that they have an urgency. It if still needs to be booked in for 2 weeks then it’s okay. Ref # 39518
