First they'll tell you that you're all set to activate your alarm. A day later they'll tell you, "sorry but we didn't realise you need to buy a different battery first". And then it's this, and that, and this again. So rather budget some extra money for all the things that you will find out you need later on. Once that is done, the admin will keep sending extra documents they "forgot" about, instead of sending the entire batch all at once. Trying to work with Roman Alarms is a very frustrating exercise like running uphill, with weights attached to your feet. I don't even answer their calls anymore. Will just find a competent security company.

Service was not good good at all compared to other years. Technician came in after 17:00 though the alarm fault was reported at 06:00
