We waited 1hour 20 minutes for collection, shelly/shereen didn't want to help. She was just rude even for collection, she can not multi task, she says she is only doing orders, while the person who is doing collection was busy with online orders
Staff was friendly, exactly what I needed after the day I had plus I'm hungry. I'd rate a 5 star but the table I was sitting on was untidy. Besides that, all was good, didn't wait long even though there were a number of orders ahead of us
I ordered Pizza I asked how long it would take? They said about 30 min we waited 55 min. When I enquired they said there was a mistake on the order, I just feel they could tell us beforehand. Not acceptable.

It's month end, lines are long. Order ahead, be patient at the counter. The ladies are controlling the lines well.Food: 4/5
Cashier very unfriendly.Ordered 2 large pizza's and got only 2 serviets.
Trust me i love Roman's pizza. The problem comes when im waiting for my order and have to stand up. The shop is very tiny. I would suggest they increase the chairs for the customers to sit on.
They serve raw pizza, thick base is like ordering mixed flour with toppings. Service is super slow. Unfriendly staff. I love Romans but Mokopane Romans is wack. It's like they are not even a franchise. Horrible. Don't even bother asking for delivery either cause you will wait 2 or more hours for raw dough. Yikes
Ordering online or in-store is just the same... You'll wait the same time as the people who ordered in-store.... Very poor service!!!!!!!!!!Food: 5/5
They sent me burnt pizza,the mushrooms were burnt black,even smelled of smoke.I don't have the option to post a photo
