Great service and all around pleasant experience.

sent in a just few things to get washed and dried and when i collected them the next day they were still wet, they had stains that were not there before and they also smelled weird. the clothes were significantly dirtier looking than when i sent them in and the white laundry bag i send them in was stained brown and is now very dirty looking. it was also quite expensive just to get all my stuff ruined. very disappointing. re: owners response wow very mature response, definitely reflects your service levels. anyway the costs would have been fine if the clothes came back clean amd dry but they didnt, i had to rewash everything myself the next day. and ur just lying about cctv picking up the stains bc they can barely be seen on a phone camera, you just need to make excuses for bad service.

Very expensive rates. I took my blanket here for a wash, cost me R180. When I got my blanket back it doesn't even smell like detergent or anything. In a matter of fact I don't even think it was washed.

Absolutely amazing women who work here and the service is always friendly and my clothes always come back as if they are new. I now live away from Romdebosch and still take my laundry to Rondewash on weeks where its too rainy to hang my clothes outside

I took my laundry to this place and was expremely dissatisfied with the service. My pillowcases came back stained blue as well as some other items of clothing and my sheets were not clean. I will never go back and would not recommend it
