I've been cutting my hair at Rootz Hair Studio for many years. I'm blessed with very thick hair, which most of the times make me feel desperate. A great Salute to Stylist Hanli who performs wonders with my hair every time. I am a very satisfied client who can recommend Rootz Hair Studio to any person. At Rootz you get Good, Friendly, professional service and value for money.

2020 Updated Review: 1 Star. The hairdresser that had assisted me on the day of my previous review accosted myself while shopping in this centre late 2018, demanding this review be removed. Following me to my car, shouting. I consider my previous review fair to the service received at the time. However due to their actions I cannot recommend them based on how poorly they treat customers that may not have been fully satisfied with their service. 2017 Review: 2 Stars. While the stylists are Rootz are skilled and their cut and colour services are great while afordable, they appear under staffed and take advantage of one's patience. Be prepared to spend over 2.5 hours here for a simple colour and style.

Hanli is a great hairdresser especially with cutting short hairstyles and with children. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Always a pleasure visiting their salon. Keep up the good work guys
