Went to thread my eyebrows at the Northmead branch. Will never go back again. From the moment I got there I felt unwelcome. One of the ladies normally does it for me but this time one of the men did it and I could see that he was not interested in doing it for me judging by his facial expressions and mannerisms. He did a very poor job. The price also keeps changing whenever I go there. Very unprofessional

Lots of friendly staff to see to your needs. Quick service and convenient location with extended hours so you never have an excuse not to look good. Services offered include male and female grooming no appointment necessary. Can get quite busy at times especially over weekends and Festive periods but even then the wait is not too extreme. Still continues in the same vein after several years of operating. Well done. Long may it continue and I'll remain your loyal customer.

Went there for a haircut, value for money. The branch next to Pablo's restaurant. The manager she is so friendly and explained all their products and services to us. Place can be a little more tidy but their friendliness and service makes one look past all of that.
