A wide range of toys. Babies r us is also inside. I needed a fitted sheet for a camp cot. Very limited range. I had to find an assistant to help me.
Competitively priced on most items, whats lacked in priced is made up for in convenience. Friendly and helpful staff, and very friendly when returning an Item.
Difficult to rate....my sister bought my 6yr old son a skilectric for Christmas and one remote stopped working after one day. Today the 27th of Dec 2021 I exchanged it for another, only to find the cars don't stay on the track and the one car came apart twice. Considering she spend R800 on the gift....it's insane. The staff however was friendly and helpful....but the quality of merchandise they have is questionable.
I had the worst experience in this shop, i have recently bought two dolls worth R699.00 each and one would believe that the higher the price the better the quality, my child played with the doll for a few minutes after purchase and she was in my presence and we discovered that one arm is broken and when i went back to the store to explain the situation, the store guard called a lady who then said to me she is the store manager , I went to explain about the defect of the product, she just jumped in so say it is my child's fault, she assumed that my child used so much power and broke the arm and there is nothing they can do to help me because they sold me a toy that was in a "good state", I asked her how certain she was because the doll was in a box and it was not opened and checked whilst at the shop, she nope we don't sell defect products and she can't help me. I am so disappointed and I want to take this further, I cannot be played like this.
The store should close at 18:00 so it is my understanding that the doors should only be closed at 18:00.But they close the doors at 17:50 I would have been out the door by 18:00 had they let me in. I rushed there just to get the door slammed shut in my face. Will rather shop at the other toystore in Nelspruit where the staff is friendly and helpful and want to work. They actually work the hours that are shown on the door.
Their online facility is really jacked up. I placed an order on Friday evening and it's about to be delivered.
The lay out of the shop is very confusing. There is no boards up saying what is where anywhere. Toys ® us need to sort this out. I almost left without buying my sons gift
Personnel in I'langa mall, MBOMBELA, is more interested chatting to each other over the length of the shop than ordering things which I asked them to order.. Its a sloppy shop, with the personnel standing around talk to each other, nobody seems to want to help customers. I will not recommend ToysRus or BabyRus to anyone.
It would've have given 5 stars but the shop is too small for the amount of inventory they have and the isles are too narrow
Wasnt even raining but water was dripping out of the roof at some places and the cashier didnt look all to be happy to be at work. Didnt even ask if we wanted a carry bag.
