We specialize in breeding Ball Pythons, Boa Constrictors, Blood Pythons, Blue Tongue Skinks and Monitor Lizards. We also breed and supply feeder rodents. We also import and export reptiles through our registered quarantine facility.

My first order with them was great. .it took 3 days to be processed and delivered so I ordered from them again but one of the items I ordered is out of stock I got an sms from the owner to say that the item is out of stock and can he perhaps replace it with something else for me so I said that's fine but the out of stock item is more than the item I'm replacing it with so I'm trying to get hold of the owner to ask what to do about that and he doesn't answer his phone I tried yesterday as well
Was very hesitant to order online as I was placing a large order. Denis communicated with me the while time, delivered on time, and patiently answered my 10 million whatsapp questions. Thank you Denis for brilliant service - greatly appreciated!
The owner hung up on me mid call. I called to get an update on an order placed by a colleague. Spoke to the owner and asked why their website says that the product is in stock while it’s not and why previous emails have yet to be answered. It was over a week by this point and the unanswered emails were mentioned in a call a few days prior already. The owner rudely raised his voice and told me that I should rather get a refund instead of trying to answer my question and have the order shipped. I asked him when the refund will be done today,tmrw, this week as the money had to be used to order different hides as soon as possible and he responded by mansplaining to me how an EFT works. When I tried to stop him and clarify that I was asking about *when* not *how* he shouted over me and then hung up. I was shocked that a business who has been established for 25 years would do this to a customer, let alone the owner of the business. Really really poor customer service and bad management judging from how terribly this was handled.
Terrible communication when it comes to their online shop. I placed my order on 05/04/2022. On the morning of 11/04/2022, I sent an email to ask about an update on my order, as it was already the 4th working day, and their website states that it takes "a day or two" for orders to be processed. I got no reply, so on 12/04/2022 I phoned them to ask for an update. I mentioned that I have already sent an email, and got a response of "Oh, I haven't checked my emails yet" I sent it the previous day, and was informed that they had to order some products, since they did not have enough for my order. Instead of sending me an email informing me that they do not have stock, which will result in a few more days' wait, I had to send an email and call them to find that out. It's the 6th working day today, and the order status is still the same. I'll honestly be amazed if they send the products before the end of the week, and either way, I'll only have it by next week a week and a half after I ordered it. I'd rather pay the bit extra and order from Ultimate Exotics in the future, and know I'll receive the products 3 days later.
Great service and very good pricing
The owner is always willing to assist and goes the extra mile, his knowledge of reptiles, birds, cats, dogs, etc. Is amazing! The products he sells are great, and I've never had any problems. Lovely to find a reliable contact, with fantastic communication!
Don't support this place the owner is a real piece of work he is very rude individual !! when you buy something it is likely not to work i had to pay shipping to send back a defective product stay away !!!!!!
