I booked an hour for myself as I received a voucher for my birthday. Then decided my two friends should join so I emailed Precious who replied that very same evening, after hours, and booked us in. We arrived to friendly faces and the therapists were running a tad late because of late clients so we got to relax for free in the steam room. Our massages were accommodated in the same room and were out of this world. A real hidden gem, go on a Monday to get 50% of the time you book extra for free.
Love it, stunning Spa in the hustle and bustle of the city, an oasis of tranquility. Clean and neat and the therapists aretop class. Lunch ....light and tasty. Will definitely be back. Well done to management and staff
I called in before opening time a total emotional wreck. My stress had left me in physical agony from head to toe. From the first contact with Zelda at reception to the perfectly suited therapist assigned to my exhausted being - Marsha, I was treated like a queen. The massage skills were world class, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Every single staff member was exceptionally kind and friendly. Decor is out of this world, every detail is on point! My new destination favorite in JHB. I'd recommend a smoothy or health shake bar would put this destination spa well over 5 starts . The also have a hair salon on the premises. Free water, tea coffee and juice is served. With a welcome kicker with a gorgeous gown, slips and bottle of water. The pricing is betting fair. I am in love mundo body and soul. Needless to say I left the Spa transformed.
We made a very late booking the evening before and despite the terribly late contact on my side they were incredibly inviting and accomodating. We went through to the best spa experience we've ever had and we would highly recommend the packages they offer. The staff are happy, the venue is clean and well maintained and has everything you could ask for to make it the perfect spa experience. Thank you for such an amazing day. We will be seeing you again!
What a treat!! Loved every minute of being there. All staff are so friendly and kind. Two ladies even came in to work on their day off to accommodate us. Highly recommend this place.

What an incredible place! From the start, with Agnes going through so much trouble to accommodate me, to the lovely, professional and magic-hands staff: Mokgadi, Patricia and Marcia. I had such a blissful experience and as such I will recommend this spa to anyone! The products they use are exceptional and the facilities are serene and beautiful. Don't even look any further, book an appointment at this amasing spa!

This is a hidden gem! Staff are friendly, attentive and very skilled. The attention to detail is lovely and make visiting a wonderful experience. I absolutely love The Royal Orchid Thai Spa, the staff and atmosphere is just beautiful. I only allow Sunget to touch my hair, what a beautiful lady inside and out. Talented when it comes to hair. When you find your hair dresser you hold on tight. So I will be back again and again and again. The spar treatments are wonderful and the staff are truly just amazing. xoxo
