If I could give 100 stars, I would. Nobody does buisiness like the great Ronnie. Always the best service Now, I will confess that I have only done business with him online. However, he is always SUPER personable and service is second to none. If I were you, readers, I would pay absolutely ZERO attention to ANY negative review you ever read. Go see Ronnie and grab some cigars. You will NOT be disappointed!
Secreto is my home away from home. The best humidor in the area, hands down. The owner is an exceptional businessman with a wealth of knowledge in cigars and cigar industry. Any cigar smoker, novice, or enthusiast would love the selection here. Hats off to Ronnie for his exceptional shipping service to cigar owners across the country.
I have ordered from this place many times. The owner is very quick to pack it up and ship it out. Many times, my orders shipped within hours of placing it. They always have great giveaways and cigars that most don't have. I place the majority of my online orders with Secreto.
Gave a 3 star review and the owner seems to think that coming up with a fabricated story is his best shot at a good business I had no complaints about the bar was there at pride a few years back but the owner seems to think I was there at midnight to use the bathroom my rating went room a 3 to a one because of the owners behavior and I will be going to the better business bureau sense a threat of being honest is how he or needs to run a business
I Love this place. I've been smoking cigars for over 30 yrs. And Secreto is a Dream come true. They have a very good menu and the food is Great, A well stocked bar to quench your thirst and although it's not the largest humidor around, they do have the best selection of boutique Sticks in the Metro D area. The owner Is very knowledgeable about his business and you won't find a more Passionate person about cigars anywhere. He takes a lot of time to Curate his selection and gets to know the taste of his clientele. Secreto has a Meeting room for that special client you want to impress and enough room in the back to host your private affair.
This is the ONLY place I go for DTT and ADV cigars. Ronnie has become a good friend of mine and knows his stuff. I do order online mostly but can't wait to see him and his shop, in person.
Secreto it one of the best spots in Michigan. Covid had its impact here as well. They have a great selection and great prices. You cannot sit and smoke anymore but if you are new to cigars or even if you know a lot about cigars have a seat at the bar, grab a drink from his excellent selection, and pick the owner's brain. Ronnie is a cigar god and can educate you about cigars and the industry and will blow your mind. That alone is worth the trip.
