Bad delivery service with even worst customer support. Phoned twice only to be greeted with message service. Assume lines are too busy with customers complaining.

I had a good experience with them. I purchased something from FirstShop. RTT was their courier service. FirstShop advised me that it would take between 2-4 working days for the item to arrive. I didn't receive a tracking number from FirstShop so I did have to call them for that. But afterwards, I was able to locate my package. I kept seeing that it is in transit so I called them, they picked up the telephone immediately. The lady I spoke to will find out from the courier guy what time he will be there. She called me back in less then 5 minutes to advised me what time he'll be there. Everything was handled very smooth

This has to be the worst service I have ever received from a courier. I order so much online and seamless delivery takes place with other courier companies within 1 or 2 days. It's been three weeks since my order was placed and I have not received it. Endless calls to the call centre have had no result, the calls keep being cut off or no reply. Online enquiries are not actioned either. Quite embarrassing really! Truworths, find a new courier company!

Worse courier service in the world!!!! My parcel landed in Cape Town for Cape Town 3 days ago. And now it just says scanned to trip every morning and nothing gets delivered. I could have walked to Joburg and back and it would have been faster. I've tried to contact them but of no avail. I don't recommend anybody use this company, they don't care about you or your parcel. They need to shut their doors because they offer no usable service here in South Africa.

The worst service ever! My package was collected on the 19/01/22 @ 08:30 scanned into the floor in Cape Town. On the 21/01/22 it is still on the floor at Cape Town. Phoning customer service, you can hear someone answer and then the line drops. Got to speak to someone, said they will follow up and phone back - no communication received. First they tried to blame our supplier saying they didn't release the stock. Phoned them again and the guy said he gave the query over to customer service. I told him that he said he will phone me back and the best customer service is to do as you say. It is now exactly 3 hours later and I've still not received any feedback. For reliable service I would not suggest RTT.

Great service from Gaynor at RTT Cape Town branch!!! I needed my TFG parcel urgently and although they have specific measures and procedures Gaynor and RTT Cape Town made sure my parcel is received just in time for my daughter to run track with her new Spikes, kept me updated and followed up to make sure I receive it in time. Great service thanks RTT Cape Town for going the extra mile.

Pathetic to say the least. No one answers the phone, not even a manager and no one gets back to you wrt to your complaint. They have this long voice recording telling you about the great service they offer but should rather invest in offering the service not waste clients airtime on your boring non service delivery voice message. Thanx Lameez for your assistance.

The most horrible service I have ever had. The staff on the phone is unhelpful, they even hang up your calls without assisting you. I wish to never have anything to do with them.

Good luck if you ever have to deal with their George branch!! Parcel didn’t get delivered and courier didn’t even bother to phone and their manager told us it’s not his problem. Super unprofessional!!! The post office has better customer services!! Absolutely shocking!!!
